Eugene Francis, MBA, CFP®, CLU®, CASL®
Vice President, Financial & Estate Planning
Gene Francis provides comprehensive financial planning services to our clients. Gene's extensive financial knowledge and experience – coupled with our strong wealth management platform and cohesive team approach – help our clients to meet their financial goals.
Prior to joining AEPG, Gene founded Bridgewater Personal Financial Planning in 1995 and maintained this sole practitioner business until 2002, successfully building a clientele of individuals and small business owners. Previously he worked in management for the chief financial officer’s organization at AT&T.
Gene is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional and holds the Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) and the Chartered Advisor for Senior Living® (CASL®) designations. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association of NJ (FPANJ) and is a member of its Strategic Alliance Committee. He earned an MBA from Seton Hall University and a bachelor's degree from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. He also studied accounting at Pace University. Gene is a member of the Rutgers Alumni Association and is actively involved with Rutgers fundraising campaigns and serving on advisory boards in his local community.
